What is your return policy?
All items are Final sale unless the item is defective. To be eligible for a return or a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. If the error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) we will pay for return shipping.
The Boss Box items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. PLEASE double check your personalization and refer to our size chart.
How do I return my item?
Please contact us at email@example.com. You will need your order number and the email you used when you placed your order. Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have contacted us.
